Put Your Trust in LIFE
- LIFE Trust is a Medicaid-certified trust, administered by a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency.
- LIFE has an online portal where clients can access their account information at any time.
- Our knowledgeable and professional trust counselors are available by phone, email and live chat from Monday through Thursday 9am – 5pm and Fridays from 9am – 2 pm.
- LIFE will establish all new trusts within 2 business days.
- All payments are processed within 3 business days of request, so bills are paid quickly and late fees should never be incurred.
- LIFE does not require a security deposit or escrow funds to be kept in the trust account, like many other pooled trusts.
- You can use our Electronic Funds Transfer feature to automate funding the trust. You’ll never have to worry about being late with your checks and risk an interruption in your Medicaid services.
- LIFE can also set up recurring monthly payment requests for expenses that are consistent every month, so you won’t have to repeatedly submit the request.
- We provide verification of deposits to Medicaid within 24 hours of request to maintain your eligibility.
